NOTE: This is for pets registered with us at the practice. It is a minimum 12-month contract that automatically renews annually. There is a set-up fee of £5 payable with your first Direct Debit collection. The Pet Heath Plan is not insurance, but it will compliment it. Puppy and kitten delivery service starts once they reach a stable weight. To fully activate your membership, a first payment will need to be paid directly to the practice. If you cancel the plan early, this will result in fees payable direct to the practice.
